You can. You will need the Theme Builder to edit it.

What is the difference between a single and multiple Elementor hosted website plans?
The single website plans provide you with one website per each subscription with different amounts of resources to meet your needs, while the multi-website plans offer several websites (up to three or up to 10) under the same subscription and a different number of available team members that can contact support. The Business and multi-site plans also get a Staging environment capability and a higher volume of resources.
Why should I buy a multi website plan?
Purchasing a Cloud subscription with multiple websites will allow you to enjoy even more professional tools that will help you work efficiently on a few websites. You’ll also enjoy a discounted price for multiple websites instead of purchasing 1 single site plan. Moreover, you’ll get more control over the different websites you create for your clients, allowing you to make sure who can access the website and under which permissions.
What are the differences between the two single website plans?
Single website plans offer one hosted website and one Elementor Pro activation. The different single site plans offer different volumes of resources, such as storage, bandwidth, amount of monthly traffic, to match different needs. While the ‘Basic’ single plan offers a basic volume of resources, the ‘Business’ plan offers an extended amount to fit eCommerce and more advanced websites that usually require more resources.
Can I upgrade my current Elementor Hosting plan?
Absolutely, you can upgrade your current Elementor hosted website plan at any given time. You can upgrade to a higher single plan or choose a multiple website plan according to your needs.
*When upgrading, the relative value remaining in the original plan price will be deduced from the price of the new plan.
How can I change one Elementor plan to another?
You can upgrade from your current plan to a higher-tier plan. For any other requested change, please contact our support team.
Why did the price change after one year?
The prices offered for the first year are discounted, and after 1 year the prices are charged at the regular rate according to the plan’s normal price.
If I purchase an Elementor Hosted Multi website plan, will I get the Team members feature as well?
Yes. When purchasing the Business or multi website plans (‘Grow’ or ‘Scale’) you also get more seats for team members who will all be able to access premium support.
What will happen if I surpass the bandwidth/monthly visitors/storage limit?
Your website will continue to run normally.
Currently we do not charge for overage, however in the future, as with many other hosting services, if you exceed your plan’s allotted resources, you will be billed for overage fees at the rate of $1 per month per 1GB in excess and $1 per month per 1,000 visitors in excess.
We will notify you at least a month in advance before we put such a policy into effect. You will be alerted if and when you consume 80% of your allotted resources.
How do I know that I reached the limit of my resources?
We will let you know once you have reached 80% of the limit and then again when you reach 100% of the limit.

What is the difference between the Elementor Page Builder Plugin and Cloud Website Builder?

Can I transfer my Elementor Cloud Website to another hosting provider?
You can transfer your website at any time, to any hosting provider, without restrictions. There are 2 main methods to export your website:
- You can use Elementor’s Import/Export feature, or export it using WordPress’s built-in export functionality and import it to your new host.
- You can also download the latest backup to your local computer and import it on your new hosting.
As Elementor hosting plans include the Elementor Website Builder Pro plugin, please note that you would need to purchase one of the Elementor Pro plugin plans so that all of your Elementor Pro features will work properly on your site with your new hosting provider.
Which payment methods do you offer?

Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. The subscription price is charged annually. We offer a first year discount and renewals on List Price, which includes all the hosting and Elementor Pro Website Builder features described above.

Elementor Hosted website has no trial period, but we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee with no strings attached.
Where do I manage everything related to my website?
Everything can be managed from the My Elementor dashboard. That’s where you can access your WordPress dashboard, connect a custom domain, set your primary domain, turn Site Lock on and off, manage backups, restore the website if needed, and all other useful actions.
Will I be able to combine other themes in the new Elementor hosted website?
Yes, you can install any WordPress-compatible theme you’d like. Elementor hosted websites come with the Hello Theme preinstalled, which will serve all your needs to start creating your website.
Which plugins are compatible with the Elementor hosted Websites?
Most major plugins are fully compatible with your Elementor hosted website. Some plugins are blocked because they are incompatible with Elementor Pro, while others clash with some of our built-in services, including security, backup, and optimization. Can I install my own plugins?
Most plug-ins are fully compatible with your Elementor hosted Website. However, some of the plug-ins are blocked in order to avoid conflicts that may break your website. You can find the full list of currently incompatible plug-ins in this article.
Can I safely leave out any security, backup or optimization plugin?
We monitor for malicious behavior of websites and will stop websites if we suspect they have been hacked. That being said, we do encourage you to take additional steps to guarantee your website’s security.
Similar to security, there are multiple types of optimizations. You do not need to install any plugin that helps optimization through caching. However, if you have large media files, for example, you might want to install plugins that improve image loading.
There is no need for additional backup plugins. We provide daily backups, and you can manually back up at any time.
Can I use a different CDN provider?
No, you cannot use a different CDN provider. Elementor hosted websites have a built-in secure CDN by Cloudflare.
Who owns the content on my website?
You are the sole owner of the entire website you create with Elementor, including its content. You can transfer your website, at any time, to any hosting provider, without restrictions.
What are the privacy settings? Are you tracking and monitoring user or my behavior?
All the analytics and usage data that is collected by Elementor hosted websites is completely anonymous. It is used solely for the purpose of improving the product and is not shared with anyone else.
Do you offer a staging environment?
The Growth and Scale plans do come with staging sites. The Basic and Business plans do not.
What happens if my Elementor hosted website breaks or stops working? Are you responsible for fixing it?
Our support team is here to help and they can be contacted via the My Elementor dashboard. An agent will assist you in correcting the issue, finding the plugin that caused the website to break, or reverting your website to a previous version, if needed.
How is this end-to-end solution if I cannot purchase a custom domain?
This is an end-to-end solution because hosting, WordPress installation and Elementor Pro features are built-in, meaning you can immediately start building your website. Although Elementor does not currently offer registration services for custom domains, there are many simple solutions from popular registrars available in the market such as Google Domains. Why is this called an “Elementor hosted website”? Is the plugin version missing something?
The Elementor plugin offers the ability to create a website using Elementor Pro features. In order to use it, you need to separately purchase hosting and then install WordPress and the Elementor plugin.
Elementor hosted websites give you an end-to-end solution that includes hosting, WordPress installation, and all Elementor Pro features.
Is Elementor now a hosting platform? What about performance, etc.?
We are still focused on making Elementor the best editor possible, and are not positioning ourselves as a hosting platform. Our aim is to enable users to be creative, without having to worry about hosting as part of their “must haves” when building a website.
These capabilities are being developed in parallel with our continuous work on the core plugin product. This includes performance improvements, new features, updated infrastructure, and overall building the future of the Editor. Elementor hosted websites are part of that future, as it offers a streamlined way to enjoy creating and publishing your website.
Theme Builder
What do I need do in order to start working with the theme builder?
You need to install both Elementor plugins (free and Pro). Both must be activated together. See our basic tutorials for more information
Can I create my own theme with Elementor?
While it is possible to create every part of your theme using Elementor templates, and create infinite number of websites with unique designs, you cannot import and export a complete theme that bundles all the theme parts. You can, however, import and export every theme part separately.
Does Elementor work on any theme?
Absolutely! We’ve tested it on hundreds of themes, making sure everything works perfectly, down to the last pixel.

Can I place any Elementor widget in a Popup?
Absolutely! Design your Popup in the same way you would design any page using Elementor. Include forms, widgets, templates, and other elements as you wish.
Can I trigger the Popup from anywhere on my page?
Yes, we have various triggers, rules, and conditions that determine when a Popup occurs. You may “manually trigger” Popups via Dynamic Actions or Form Actions After Submit or “automatically trigger” Popups via Conditions, Triggers, and Advanced Rules.
Can I only show a Popup if the user is leaving the page?
Yes, the On Page Exit Intent is a very popular Trigger. Setting this will display the Popup when the user’s mouse activity indicates intent to exit the page.
What kind of targeting can I set?
Popup Builder includes page-based, time-based, device-based & visitor-based targeting, behavior-driven targeting (clicks, scrolling, form submit and more)

What happens if I don’t renew my license after one year? Will Elementor Pro still work?
Your existing project will remain intact. The only difference is support, updates, and access to premium templates which require renewal. In addition, Elementor Pro widgets are not draggable if the license is not activated in versions 2.9 and above. Learn more about this here.
Can I upgrade a license after I have already purchased one?
Sure, you can upgrade any time and get a license for a whole year with premium support & unlimited access to the template library. You just need to cover the difference.
What happens to pages created in the free version after I upgrade?
Elementor Pro is an extension of Elementor. After you upgrade to Pro, you can continue just where you left off, without any interruptions. In fact, you’ll be able to leverage your existing pages using the Pro features.
What can I expect in terms of new Pro feature and template releases?
Since our launch, we became known for our frequent feature releases, and plan to keep working hard to deliver new and promising features & templates nearly every week.
Can I transfer the Elementor Pro license key from one domain to another?
Of course! Just deactivate the plugin from the previous domain and activate it on the new one. You can manage it in your account via View Websites > Manage License.
Do you offer a Demo version?
We don’t offer a demo version of Elementor Pro for trial. However, we have a refund policy which lets you cancel your purchase and gets a refund during the first 30 days. So you can try it for a month and then decide if you want to keep it or not.
Why is there a discount on the Agency subscription?
Even though the Elementor Birthday promotion has ended for other Elementor Pro subscription plans, we decided to extend it on our highest tier, which includes VIP support and access to all Expert-level website kits. We simply wanted the plan with the largest number of Pro activations and top features to be offered at a lower price for longer.
Does the Agency subscription discount apply to the upgrades?
Yes! If your license is not expired you can upgrade it.
You will be charged only for the relative part of the period remaining until your renewal date as an upgrade doesn’t give you an extra year. The discount will be applied on that difference, no coupon is needed.
