Manual renewal
By default, your subscription should be renewed automatically whenever your license expires. If you’ve turned off the auto-renewal feature or your subscription wasn’t renewed for any other reason, you can renew it manually.
Manually renewing your subscription
When your subscription is close to running out, you’ll see notifications on the Websites and Subscriptions tabs of your My Elementor dashboard.
Renewing your subscription from the Website tab
To renew your subscription from the website card:
- Click About to expire.
- Click Renew Now.
- Select the pencil icon next to Manual Renewal (or you can switch to Auto renewal).
- If you don’t have payment information on record, you’ll be asked to fill in payment information. If you do have payment information on record, you’ll be asked if you want to use that information or submit and alternative form of payment.
Renewing your subscription from the Subscription tab
To renew your subscription from the subscription card:
- Locate the subscription you’d like to renew.
- Click Manage this subscription.
- Select the pencil icon next to Manual Renewal.
- If you don’t have payment information on record, you’ll be asked to fill in payment information. If you do have payment information on record, you’ll be asked if you want to use that information or submit and alternative form of payment.
Note: If the status of your subscription is Canceled, you can’t renew it and will have to purchase a new subscription. This can happen when you’ve canceled your subscription during the first 30 days and received a refund or if your license expired and the renewal period has passed.
